Be so completley yourself that everyone else feels safe to be themselves too

The sunshine is out in full force and I'm grateful to be able to enjoy our beautiful garden and walks around the stunning countryside. For the people this isn't possible for I hope you get the chance to take nice walks through your city and parks close by.
There's many reasons most of us like to spend several hours in the sun a day but the biggest benefit to us is the daily dosage of Vitamin D.
Vitamin D assists with promoting healthy bones and teeth, supporting immune, brain, and nervous system health, regulating insulin levels and supporting lung function and cardiovascular health to name a few.

Not only this but it helps us relax and enjoy life a little bit more. For anyone who's keeping themselves locked in the house I would definitely recommended going outside and breathing in the fresh air. I think we can surprise ourselves by the beauty that surrounds us.
Stay safe but don't suffer.
